Butter Flower
This is classic Melts-in-your-mouth butter cookies shaped like a flower. Extremely delicate and fragile with almost airy texture. It has a wonderful buttery flavour which you can fully appreciate because it is not too sweet.
Raisin Oat
Traditional oats are toasted and broken up such that it gives the cookies a light, crisp texture. The huge & moist specially sourced Raisins are similarly toasted and instead of them being whole, they are chopped up so that the raisin flavour is more evenly distributed throughout the cookie.
Shortbread
Shortbread has more butter compared to Flower, thus, the texture is firmer and stronger butter taste. With a harder density, it is a must have to pair it off with your favourite coffee or tea.
Coffee Flower
Light texture with the richness of the soft butter cookies, it has a very strong aroma. However the taste of coffee is actually surprisingly mild. It also has the classic Melts-in-your-mouth once you bite into it.
